Maximum compensation equals the declared value of goods. Please inspect the package upon receipt. Claims for damage cannot be accepted after signature.

Split Shipment, Refusal & Return If some items are out of stock in one order, we may ship available goods first with no extra international freight. You may also wait for full stock for combined shipment, contact customer service to choose. Incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery or customer refusal will result in high return shipping fees from overseas back to China. These charges will be deducted from your refund. For unexpected out-of-stock cases, our support team will contact you. You may choose to wait for restock or get full refund.

Force Majeure We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by natural disasters, wars, pandemic, customs policy changes, flight cancellations, local strikes or other force majeure events.
